FAQ : Returns & Exchanges
Yes we accept returns!
For the full conditions, please see the section below. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. When your item is returned to us, store credits will be issued. You can then use the store credits to repurchase any item you desire from the store.
STEP 1 - Make sure these criterions are met
- You order was shipped to you not more than 10 days ago. This is the date indicated on the shipping confirmation email we sent to you.
- NO discount code above 10% was applied to your order.
- The item is NOT a sale item.
- There was NO store credit (from a previous return) used on your order.
- Item(s) you want to return are in brand new, tagged, unworn and unwashed condition, without any defects (unless you received it that way).
- Willing to accept returns in the form of store credits, valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credits are strictly not exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

Please proceed to mail the approved item(s) back to us via SMARTPAC ONLY within 10 days from the date we shipped out your order (the date can be found on the shipping confirmation email we sent to you). If this timeframe is exceeded, your return will no longer be valid. All shipping charges will be borne by you and we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Kindly take a picture of the parcel before dropping it into the mailbox, and attach it in your reply.
STORE CREDITS (in the form of a discount code valid for 3 months) will be issued for your returned item once we have received and verified the parcel. You can then use the store credits to repurchase any item from the store. Please note that we cannot reserve item(s) on your behalf for repurchasing, and store credits strictly cannot be exchanged for cash for any reason.

International Order Return? No Problem!
The same return rules above apply for international orders too! Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and associated fees when you send us your return. We are not responsible for any packages that do not reach us, so please make sure your parcel has a tracking number to be safe.
Please note that for international customers, your order return value CANNOT exceed SGD400 (inclusive of all shipping, insurance and fees). This is due to Singapore's customs imposing a Tax of 7% on the shipment when it exceeds SGD400. If this is incurred, the Tax amount will be charged to you and deducted from your store credit value.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet our evaluation standards. This will be done strictly to prevent any abuse of the returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (it will be discarded if you do not claim it back within 7 days from the day we alert you). Any prior shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
By sending your item(s) back to us, you are deemed to have understood and accepted all the above-mentioned terms. Please do not proceed with the return if you are uncomfortable with any of the stated terms.
We reserve all rights to amend the Terms of the Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
