FAQ : Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns.
If you received a defective item, please contact us using the form here. Alternatively, you can drop us an email directly at email@example.com. Please include you order number to help us address your issues quicker.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet our evaluation standards. This will be done strictly to prevent any abuse of the returns system. Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost (it will be discarded if you do not claim it back within 7 days from the day we alert you). Any prior shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
By sending your item(s) back to us, you are deemed to have understood and accepted all the above-mentioned terms. Please do not proceed with the return if you are uncomfortable with any of the stated terms.
We reserve all rights to amend the Terms of the Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
